WHAT YOU NEED

2 Tbsp. water

2 Tbsp. GEVALIA Espresso Roast

4 cups old-fashioned oats

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup butter, softened
-
2 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, melted

3/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
STEP BY STEP

Add water to coffee grounds; stir until dissolved.

Mix oats, sugar and cocoa powder in large bowl. Add butter, chocolate and coffee; beat with mixer until blended.

Shape into 40 (1-1/4-inch) balls; roll in coconut.
