WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2 Tbsp. water

  • 2 Tbsp. GEVALIA Espresso Roast

  • 4 cups old-fashioned oats

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 2 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, melted

  • 3/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

STEP BY STEP

  • Add water to coffee grounds; stir until dissolved.

  • Mix oats, sugar and cocoa powder in large bowl. Add butter, chocolate and coffee; beat with mixer until blended.

  • Shape into 40 (1-1/4-inch) balls; roll in coconut.
