Where can I buy your coffee?

All of our coffees can be purchased from select grocers, as well as right here on Gevalia.com!  

What is your fulfillment schedule?

All orders are shipped the next business day and arrive by UPS or USPS within 3-4 business days.

How do I receive free shipping?

The shipping fee is $6.90 for every order, but over $50.00 pre-tax, it is free.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States at the current time. 

Where can I find shipping updates?

A tracking number is attached to your order when your package is shipped.  You can check the tracking number in the email.

My order shipped but there are no tracking updates. Is my order lost?

If your order has not arrived in a timely fashion please contact our customer support team to investigate.

I placed an order. Can I add items, modify, or cancel the order?

Until your order is not fulfilled, you can ask the customer support team to cancel your order.

Can I apply a promo code to my previous order or subscription order?

Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be applied to any order that has already been placed.  We encourage you to use any available promotions on your next order.

Can I return my order?

We are happy to accept return orders if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  Please contact our customer customer support team for further assistance.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

What are my options for subscriptions?

Gevalia.com is happy to offer a variety of subscription frequencies.  We offer Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly options for subscriptions!  To subscribe, select the items you would like and select the subscription option that works best for you at checkout. 

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, any upcoming subscription order can be canceled before the next order is renewed, from your dashboard. Simply go to Manage Subscriptions and select the subscription you would like to modify. 

Can I skip or pause my upcoming subscription orders?

Yes, please log in to your account then find your upcoming order. There you can skip the entire order or just certain items within the order. Simply go to Manage Subscriptions and select the subscription you would like to modify.

How do I update my subscription billing or shipping information?

Changes to subscription payment details or mailing addresses can be made from inside your Gevalia.com account.  Simply go to Manage Subscriptions and select the subscription you would like to modify.
