I want to place a new order
Ordering anything from ground coffee, whole bean, or K-cup pods can be fast and easy. To place an order, you will need to:
1. Find the product(s): This can be done in two ways:
Navigation Bar: When you bring your cursor over Shop, a menu of items will appear; select the category you wish to view.
Direct Search: Enter text in the search field; select the item that matches your search criteria.
2. Add to Cart
Click on the image of the product you wish to purchase; this will take you to the product page.
Adjust the quantity by clicking on the up/down arrow.
Select your purchase option: One-Time Purchase or Subscription. Click Add to Cart once you are done.
Continue to add items to your cart. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the cart icon on the top right of the page.
Your cart will appear to the right of the screen. You can add/remove items directly from this screen by adjusting the quantity (-/+).
Once you are ready to proceed, click Checkout to complete the purchase.
I want to check the status/tracking of my order
A tracking number is attached to your order when your package is shipped. You can find this in your purchase confirmation e-mail and are able to track your order.
I need help completing my purchase
Now that you’ve added your favorite Gevalia products to your cart, you’re ready to make your purchase. To checkout, you will need to:
- Go to your cart
- Log in / Create an account
- Enter shipping information
- Confirm shipping method
- Enter payment information
- Confirm billing address
- Order confirmation
1. Go to your cart
Once you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the cart icon at the top right of the page.
Your cart will appear to the right of the screen. You can add/remove items directly from this screen by adjusting the quantity (-/+). Once you are ready to proceed, click Checkout to complete the purchase.
2. Log in / Create an account
You will need to log into your account to continue with your purchase.
If you have an account:
- Enter your e-mail and password
- Click Sign In once you are done
If you do not have an account:
- Create an account by clicking Create Account
- Follow the prompts until your account has been created
3. Enter shipping address
Enter your shipping address details as shown below. Click Continue to shipping once you are done.
4. Confirm shipping method
If your total order is less than $50 (before tax):
- Express shipping will be a flat rate of $6.90, for zip codes within the 48 contiguous United States and $15.00 for Alaska and Hawaii. Both will be delivered by one of our preferred partners.
If your total order is above $50 (before tax):
- Express shipping will be free for your order.
5. Enter payment information
Enter your payment details as shown below.
6. Confirm billing address
Confirm whether the billing address will be the same as the shipping address or if you will be using a different billing address.
If you wish to save your information for faster checkout, check the box indicated below. Click Pay Now once you are done.
7. Order Confirmation
Congratulations, you’ve successfully completed your order! Your screen should appear as shown below.
I've ordered an item that is out of stock. What now?
If our products are out of stock, they will be pulled off the site automatically.
If you’ve subscribed to an item that is currently out of stock, you will receive an email and a link to manage your account to either make a substitution, take the out of stock product off the order or leave as is as the out of stock product will be sent as soon as it is back in stock.
What payment options are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted.
What tax rate will I be charged?
Taxes are calculated based on your ship-to zip code and in-line with state sales tax regulations.
