The Swedish are no strangers to coffee, they drink more of it than almost anyone, anywhere. That’s why in 1853 fellow coffee loving Swede Thomas Engall decided that if his home country was going to drink so much of it, they’d better be drinking the best.
And so, from his small importing business 150 years ago to the States today, we’ve been crafting coffee the Swedish way, by slow roasting and snap cooling to bring out the best of every bean.
