Shipping Methods

All coffee where merchandise is in-stock coffee is shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you place your order, or your next scheduled Auto Delivery order date, for your shipment to arrive at your doorstep.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

The United States Postal Service has restrictions that prohibit shipments of coffee to certain APO/FPO addresses. Also, Gevalia does not ship to General Delivery addresses.

To ensure quality, certain food items may be shipped separately. Some basket items may be substituted with similar items of equal value, when required. Prices are subject to change.

All non-Auto Delivery coffee and accessory orders placed online will be sent via a designated carrier or US Postal Service, with the following exceptions:

· Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses are restricted to the US Post Office and cannot be delivered Next Day or 2nd-Day.

ONE TIME ORDERS

One time coffee and accessory orders under $50 are subject to a flat $6.90 standard shipping and handling rate.

One time coffee and accessory orders over $50 ship for free via standard shipping.

Standard One Time Order shipping rates are subject to promotional savings/offers. Shipping rates may also change.

AUTO DELIVERY ORDERS

Auto Delivery orders under $50 are subject to a flat $6.90 standard shipping and handling rate.

Auto Delivery orders over $50 ship for free via standard shipping.

Auto Delivery standard shipping rates are subject to promotional savings/offers applied when signing up for a new account. Shipping rates may also change.

All fees are in addition to standard Shipping and Handling rates listed above.

If you receive your shipments at a non-continental United States address (AK, HI, and U.S. Territories), you are subject to an additional $5.00 shipping surcharge. This surcharge applies to shipments to the following locations:

· AK Alaska
· FM Federated States of Micronesia
· GU Guam
· HI Hawaii
· MH Marshall Islands
· MP Northern Mariana Islands
· PR Puerto Rico
· PW Palau
· VI Virgin Islands

Tracking Your Order

Within one to two business days after placing an order, you can begin tracking your shipment's progress from our door to yours. Simply log in to My Account to track the progress of a specific order.

Returns

All products come with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a Gevalia purchase, simply contact us via the chat at the bottom of the page within 45 days of receiving the product to exchange it or return it for a full refund, less any shipping and handling charges you may have incurred.
